What do the girls learn at the Summit?

The 2019 application period has closed.

 

Summer Summit 2019 Eligibility Requirements:

* You must be between the ages of 14-18 years old at the time of application.

* You must be a high school student (public, private, or homeschool).

* You must live within the counties of Chatham, Durham, Franklin, Granville, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, Nash, Orange, Wake, or Wilson.

* You must be able to arrange your own transportation to and from the Summer Summit each day.

* You must be able to attend the Summer Summit in its entirety.

* Her Spark welcomes anyone who self-identifies as a girl/female.

SUMMER SUMMIT FAQ

FOOD

Lunch and snacks will be provided daily.

COMPUTER

We will be working in a computer lab. You do not need to bring a computer/laptop.

We do recommend that you bring a cell phone (Apple or Android).

EXPERIENCE

No experience in STEM or coding is necessary to participate in the Summer Summit.  

AVAILABILITY

If you are selected for the Summer Summit and are unable to attend, the opening will be provided to another applicant.
