STEM careers are some of the highest paid in the U.S., yet many high school girls are steered away from these interests.

  • Women make up only 28% of the workforce in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

  • Women of color earn an even smaller percentage (15.1%) of bachelor's degrees across all STEM fields.

  • 70% of girls who entered Her Spark thought a career in STEM “wasn’t right for them.”


At Her Spark, we’re training girls to investigate their interests so they can pursue their dream career.
